State Significant Development (SSD)

All State significant development applications (DA) have to go through a comprehensive assessment process with extensive community participation and are evaluated against the triple bottom line.


The main steps in this process are summarised in the figure below, and include Early Consultation, Prepare EIS, Exhibit DA, Respond to Submissions, Assess DA and Determine DA.
