I am reaching out in hope to gain your support, and to make you aware of an issue on a proposed quarry if you have not heard already.
A hard rock quarry is being proposed in Royalla, just over the border from Canberra; the greater community is in clear and majority opposition.
I have recently been contacted by a member of the community who wishes to remain anonymous, who claims to have found an aboriginal artefact (axe head) on the land proposed for this quarry - I am waiting to be provided with images. If this is of interest to you, could you please provide the contact details of an appropriate representative?
