"I was alerted to this proposal over the weekend by another constituent. I also appreciate receiving your email.

I didn’t have any awareness of the proposal. From what has been distributed, I believe the consultation are early engagement prior to any formal approval processes commencing. Given the potential impact, I am disappointed that ACT residents haven’t been included. I am also seeking advice from ACT Government Officials given the location of the proposal.
